The latest Volume is here from Blackwing, and it's faaaaar ouuuuut dude. The Volume 840, otherwise known as the surfing pencil, is Blackwing's tribute to the arrival of surfing in California. Specifically, a tribute to surfing pioneer Duke Kahanamoku, who popularized the sport in Southern California. 

It features a sea green barrel with a gold foil accent in the shape of the California coastline. It also features balanced graphite and a gold eraser clip. Duke popularized surfing along California’s 840 mile coast, but the lifestyle left in his wake has influenced people around the world.
