Sailor's Manyo series is based of the oldest anthology of Japanese poetry, the Manyosyu, which dates back to around 759 C.E.. Flowers play an especially large roll in much of the poetry compiled in the Manyosyu, and this is the largest inspiration for the Manyo ink series. Each bottle is 50ml of water based ink that is specially formulated to be safe for fountain pen use.
